I was one of the speakers at a panel discussion entitled “Navigating dispute resolution in North America and the Asia Pacific region – do we use the same ship?” The panel discussion took place during the International Bar Association Annual Conference in Washington, DC. The panel was presented by the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum, the IBA Litigation Committee, and the IBA Mediation Committee.
