Acomb is speaker on a panel entitled “Strategies for Controlling Costs of Discovery Across Borders”

On May 14, 2014, Frederick Acomb served as a panelist for a program entitled “Strategies for Controlling Costs of Discovery Across Borders.”  The panel took place at the International Bar Association Litigation Forum in Montreal.

The moderator was Wade Wright of Japan Tobacco International SA, Geneva.  In addition to myself the speakers were Stacey Blaustein, IBM, New York; Jeff Galway, Blakes, Toronto; Melanie Schweitzer, Bell Canada, Toronto; and Robert Wheal, White & Case, London.
